Not Cure In Orange as previously reported! But anyway the dvd of it should be out soon enough…. ” Update: Michael hopes to post the audio from the show soon, but until then, here are a few highlights – Lol said that Robert told him that work continues on The Cure @ the BBC box set and that it should be out next year. Same goes for the deuxe edition of Mixed Up.

 Disintegration Deluxe in Les Inrockuptibles

Here is a scan of a Disintegration review in French magazine “Les inrockuptibles” #763 (released July 14th 2010). I’m sorry I don’t have time to translate this. This is a good review and they say that Disintegration is the last great Cure album.

“In celebration of the release of the deluxe remaster of The Cure’s ‘Disintegration’, I’ll be playing a few songs featured on there and the online disc ‘Alternative Rarities 1988-1989′ during my show tonight on 91.3 WBNY in Buffalo, NY, which normally runs from 11pm-1am ET on Friday nights, but will go an extra hour tonight to accommodate those tracks. I’ll be playing one each hour, in addition to other good music which you may enjoy, so listen in if you can either on the radio, or online . I’ll be recording the show and posting it online shortly thereafter, so if you can’t hear it live, you can listen later.

 Disintegration US vinyl delay?

Update: “Amazon changed the delivery estimate to “June 18, 2010 – June 22, 2010″ (Thanks Lindsey) From Ideal Copy : “We’ve just been advised from a couple suppliers that the US reissue of Disintegration Vinyl has been bumped a week to June 15. Pretty typical for vinyl these days. We’ll try to get more info before changing our release date.”
