One of the things I love about the cupcake world is that there is always something new, a new twist whether it’s design, shape, flavor or decoration. Case in point: these adorable tie-dyed mini cupcakes with rum frosting topped with hearts. Sweet and Savory Mini Cupcake At Brooklyn Lyceum
Saturday, I stopped by the Brooklyn Lyceum for the Spring Food and Craft Market . Ross and Joanna, the purveyors of Bacon Marmalade made delicious okra and corn mini-cupcakes with a cream cheese frosting that featured their bacon marmalade. It was delicious!
